The Bugatti Sports Car

Have you ever seen the bugatti veyron sport car? IF so have you ever wondered how this incredible machine was made?  Well I have wondered how it was made for years and now it is the time to find out. The man who made the first ever Bugatti was Ettore Bugatti, hence the name of the company. Ettore was born on September 15, 1881 in Milan, Italy. Ettore attended finishing school and went to Milan’s Academy of Art. After he was done at the art school he took an internship at the Prinetti & Stucci bike factory. As a a young boy he saw the first automobile had just been invented and he was very interested in its technology and mechanics. After a few years when he was 17 he had the idea to had a engine/motor to a tricycle he owned. After trying that experiment he than got the idea to install twin DeDeon motors to another tricycle he had owned. AT this time he was very interested in automobiles. Since he is so interested he went and entered his first vehicle race, A BICYCLE!
By the year 1901 Bugatti had created his first car with the help from another bunch of brothers, Gulinelli brothers. Bugatti and the Gulinelli brothers introduced the new creation at the international Exhibition.
When 1911 arrived Bugatti started to go on track races and won its first race in the French Grand Prix. The car that was on that very track was the Model 10, it beat out competition that was clearly more powerful. When Peugeot saw Bugatti’s great success they signed a contract together, and together they made the Model 19 Babe Peugeot.
During World War I, Bugatti started going into the Airplane business for the American and French governments. 1922, Bugatti equipped the 29/30 racecar with 8 cylinder which was a basically, new engines, better wheels, and a more advanced handling system. It took second place in the ACF Grand Prix.
Then in 1924, Ettore Buggati returned to the traditional outlook of a car, the Model 35, first Bugatti to sport aluminum spoke wheels, it had a 2-liter 8-cylinder engine. The Model 35 was the most victorious car, won over 2,000 victories. This is considered the most successful sports car even till today.
Ettore Bugatti had a dream, he wanted to build the most luxurious car ever made, the Bugatti Royale, he built this car in 1926, but sadly the depression came along, and only 3 Royals sold.
1932 was a hard year for Ettore Bugatti, because money was still running short since the depression, but luckily the French government signed a contract with him to build a high-speed train. Ettore Buggati built the new high-speed trains with the similar engine that the Royale used. The French government was impressed with Ettore’s work, this put Ettore back to a good financial ground.
